Merry Maids was founded in 1979 and gained its place in Rochester in 1983. Dale and Kirsten Dodds moved to Rochester, MN, with their young family in the summer of 2007 when Dale accepted the branch manager position at Merry Maids. In March of 2016, the branch became a family-owned and operated franchise. Kirsten soon joined the business, and her son, Owen, started helping with the window washing service in 2021. In 2026, we gained our esteemed 4.9 Google review rating, and we are THRILLED!
