I started my career with Merry Maids® as a customer service representative in San Antonio. My dedication to delivering exceptional service quickly led to a promotion as Branch Manager at the North Austin location. In this role, I oversee all operations to ensure that our team consistently delivers high-quality service and maintains client satisfaction.

In addition to managing the team, I perform quality control checks to make sure every cleaning meets the company’s high standards. I enjoy meeting both new and returning customers, ensuring they are satisfied with our work and building lasting relationships.

Outside of work, I’m a passionate supporter of Austin FC, and I enjoy exploring North Austin’s local hotspots. My leadership style emphasizes open communication, respect, and collaboration, and I’m committed to fostering a positive work environment where every team member has the support they need to succeed.
